Unfortunately, we do not accept ANY refunds or exchanges. Our team thoroughly examines each and every product before shipping and carefully packs your order to ensure you receive it in its best condition.
In the event that a part of your order is damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 3 days of receiving the item. Please email us with your order number and images of the item at email@example.com and we will be happy to assist you.
Please note that once your order has been placed it cannot be changed or cancelled. We urge our clients to make sure all details are correct before placing your order.
Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days and will be shipped via USPS first class. Once your order is processed please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be shipped. Tracking information will be provided once your item is shipped.
Please be aware that once your package(s) has left our distribution office and a tracking number has been provided, we are not liable for lost or damaged packages. We are not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, mishandling by carrier or undeliverable addresses. As stated in our store policy, in the event that you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org.
